DSR Management Inc., through its affiliate in India, has acquired the assets of KBMS, Inc. and Leadsoft, Inc. Leadsoft Inc. is the parent company of KBMS, a certified SAP Solutions Partner in the United States and Canada. As part of this acquisition, all developed intellectual properties and employees of KBMS Inc. and Leadsoft Inc. will be part of DSR Management Inc.’s India affiliate.

Both the portfolio and team of certified professionals of SAP solutions will enable DSR and its affiliates to become a leading global partner in providing best in class information technology solutions to its clients. DSR will draw support from its deep bench of IT consultants to design state of the art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for its clients in the US, Canada, Indiaand the Middle East. The new combined entity will have more than 150 professionals with varying experience levels set to support clients in the small to mid market size in select geographies.
